SmokefreeMOM is a mobile text messaging service designed for pregnant women across the United States to help them quit smoking. The program provides encouragement, advice, information, and tips to help stop or cut down on smoking. Users receive up to 6 automated messages per day, based on their smoking status and stage of pregnancy. Additional support is available 24/7 via on-demand text messages. The length of the program is determined by quit date and due date.
