• Have all of the dates, addresses, times and whether the passenger is ambulatory or requires a wheelchair accessible vehicle available at the time of your reservation.
• Have your corporate account information or credit card handy. No cash or checks. Fees are discussed at time of reservation.
• Specify if there will be an escort(s) riding with the scheduled passenger. There is a small surcharge per escort.
• Provide an emergency phone contact or cell phone number.
• Be sure to mention any special needs.
