Individuals who are expecting a child and/or have a child can receive a low-cost car seat and instructions about installation and child safety. For those who have a car seat, may have it checked by a Nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician.

How to Apply
Referrals are accepted, but not required. Call 888-215-0513 to schedule an appointment. No proof of income required. Appointment length ranges from 30 to 60 minutes (depending on type of seat needed) and includes training and a demonstration of car seat installation by a technician.
