Breastfeeding by Faith Class
Precious Jewels Moms Ministries
Services Offered
Faith-based • Mothers • Breastfeeding Education • Lactation Consultant
Description
Breastfeeding by Faith teaches correct knowledge on the breastfeeding journey such as how to know your baby is getting sufficient milk and how long a mother can give her baby mothers milk. Mothers will learn how to properly latch and position babies for breastfeeding success. The class shares with mothers biblical principles aimed at building confidence. Babies are allowed at the meetings. Pizza and drinks are included.
The first part of the meeting is instruction; the second part takes the form of an ongoing breastfeeding support group in which individuals socialize and share their experiences. This is particularly useful as a chance for breastfeeding mothers to share insight with expectant mothers. The group leader is a licensed minister, registered nurse, and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.
