Description
The Center for Law and Social Work (CLSW) can help all families become a “legal” family through adoption. CLSW offers relative, non-relative, second parent, step-parent, adult and DCFS foster parent adoption services. The CLSW team of lawyers and social workers can help clients:
- Understand options and obligations
- File cases in court
- Conduct a home study
- Keep client informed throughout the process

- Sliding scale fee is based on income. Typically, based upon household income, the adoption fees may range anywhere from $150 to $2,500.
