Description
Howard Brown's South Side clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive care to the LGBTQ community and its allies. Services include:
-Preventive care and routine physicals for patients of all ages
-Sexual Health Walk-In Clinic providing HIV testing, STI testing, TB screenings, pregnancy testing, and Hepatitis A/B vaccinations
-Women's health, including breast and cervical cancer screening, gynecology, and family planning
-Infectious disease care, including HIV and hepatitis
-Transgender health services
-Alternative Insemination referrals
-Aging services, include care consultations and chronic disease management
-Dental care

How to Apply
Walk ins are accepted at the Sexual Health Clinic Monday during normal clinic hours. For all other services, call 773-388-1600 to schedule an appointment.
